Adoption Process
Our adoption process is straightforward and easy. We'll guide you through the entire process, from the initial application to the final adoption paperwork. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for both you and your new pet.
🐾 Adoption Fees
At Whisper In Time Companion Rehoming, every cat has a story—and every adoption fee helps us continue writing the next one.
Our fees reflect the care each cat receives while they wait for their forever home, and help us gently open doors for those who tend to wait a little longer.
🐱 Young Cats (Under 2 Years)
$200 adoption fee
Bright beginnings, quick purrs, and fast-moving hearts.
🐱 Adult Cats (2–7 Years)
$150 adoption fee
Steady souls, often overlooked, always full of love once seen.
🐱 Senior Cats (7+ Years or medically considered senior)
$100 adoption fee
The gentle elders. The quiet companions. The ones who teach us the softest kind of love.
🐾 BOGO Adoption Blessing – 50% Off Second Cat
When two hearts are meant to stay together:
- One adoption at full fee
- Second adoption receives 50% off
- Applies to the lower or equal fee
- Must be adopted together in the same visit

💛 What Comes With Every Adoption
Every cat leaves our care with more than just basics—they leave with preparation, healing, and a foundation of love.
Each adoption includes:
- Full veterinary wellness exam
- Core vaccinations (FVRCP and rabies as appropriate)
- Spay or neuter surgery
- Microchip identification
- Flea, tick, and parasite prevention
- Deworming treatment
- Socialization and daily enrichment
- Litter box training and behavioral evaluation
- Gentle handling and human trust-building
And even after adoption, we remain here—because every story deserves support beyond the first page.
